  • Credit and debit cards
  • Cheques and demand drafts
  • UPI and digital wallets

Invoices are due within the specified period as mentioned in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges and interest as agreed.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, code, and materials created by Invincible Infotech for clients shall become the exclusive property of the client upon receipt of full payment. However, Invincible Infotech retains the right to:

  • Display the work in our portfolio and case studies
  • Reference the client as a customer in marketing materials
  • Retain ownership of pre-existing components and libraries
  • Use learnings and experience from the project for other clients

12. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Invincible Infotech, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or any services provided.
